Deputies and EMS responded to a reported overdose in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 1:25 a.m.
Harper Jordan, 46, of Priest Lake, was arrested in the 28000 block of Highway 57 on an outstanding felony warrant at 3 a.m.
Report of a non-injury accident on Old Priest River Road in Oldtown at 3:10 a.m.

Sept. 4
An officer advised an unknown vehicle struck a parked truck in the 900 block of Poplar Street at 7:43 a.m.
Vandalism to play equipment was reported in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 8:48 a.m.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on Sixth Avenue at 9:06 a.m.
An officer completed a civil standby while a dog was left at a residence in the 400 block of S. Florence Avenue at 9:35 a.m.
Officers and Selkirk Fire responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Cedar Street at 11:45 a.m.
A 17-year-old female, reported as a runaway from Spokane County, was located in the Larch Street area and transported to JDU at 11:57 a.m.
Report of accidental 911 activation while trying to get an outside line in the Pine Street area at 12:34 p.m.
A training drill was held at Sandpoint Middle School on S. Division Avenue at 1:14 p.m.
An officer was canceled on scene at an alarm call in the 1600 block of Northshore Drive at 4:05 p.m.
An officer advised that bones found in the area of the railroad tracks on Pine Street at 5:26 p.m. were from a deer, not human.
An officer contacted a male in the 2300 block of Pine Street after a welfare check request at 6:07 p.m.; he was advised to stay out of the roadway.
An officer was unable to locate three juveniles causing problems in the 500 block of N. Lincoln Avenue at 7:45 p.m.
An officer checked the 700 block of Church Street after a 911 hang-up at 9:13 p.m.; nothing out of the ordinary was found.
Andrew N. Magnus, 38, of Coeur d’Alene was arrested in the area of Highway 95 and Fontaine at 9:17 p.m. on a Latah County warrant and was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and fictitious display (infraction).

Sept. 4
Report of a non-injury accident in the area of highways 200 and 95 at 10:13 a.m.
An officer took a report of theft in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 10:27 a.m.
Michael G. Gervasi, 49, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 500 block of Oak Avenue at 6:14 p.m.
An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 11:48 p.m.
