An officer assisted Sandpoint Police in the 1900 block of Main Street at 6:11 p.m.
Jack L. Hartman, 47, of Moses Lake, Wash., was arrested in the 477400 block of Highway 95 at 7:24 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

An officer responded to a non-injury accident reported in the E. Jefferson Avenue area at 7:31 a.m.
Report of an alarm on High Street at 9:06 a.m.
An officer responded to assist BCSO deputies on Highway 41 in Oldtown at 11:45 a.m.
A case was assigned to cover a misdemeanor warrant arrest on High Street at 3:40 p.m.
An officer assisted a BCSO deputy in the area of Wisconsin and High streets at 10:30 p.m.

Report of an information call in the 1100 block of Division Avenue in Sandpoint at 9:47 a.m.
Request for follow-up in the 1600 block of Upper Pack River Road at 10:04 a.m.
Report of a reckless vehicle in the 460000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 10:13 a.m.
Certified copies of judgments were received on N. Boyer Road at 11:27 a.m.
Report of a theft in the 4200 block of Vay Road in Priest River at 11:35 a.m.
Dennis Hiebert, 59, of Oldtown, was arrested on Highway 41 in Oldtown at 11:45 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia with intent to use.
Ashley Nicole Shafer, 29, was arrested at an unspecified location at 12:43 p.m. on an outstanding warrant out of Kootenai
County for petit theft.
Adam Peterson was arrested for a felony arrest warrant in the 37000 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown at 1:08 p.m.
ISP responded for a report of information at the rest stop near Post Falls at 1:40 p.m.

Sept. 10
Graffiti was reported in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 9:01 a.m.
An officer was unable to locate a Coeur d’Alene runaway reported to be on S. First Avenue at 9:27 a.m.
Vehicles reported to be blocking the 100 block of Bridge Street at 12:11 p.m. were moved.
A case was assigned to cover an attempt to locate a subject on N. First Avenue at 12:18 p.m.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on Cedar Street at 3:23 p.m.
Guy R. Conway, 40, of Pocatello, was arrested in the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 3:34 p.m. on a Kootenai County warrant.
An officer checked on a juvenile in the 1500 block of Pine Street after a welfare check request at 4:49 p.m.; no problems were noted.
An officer advised a theft report in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 5:30 p.m. was unfounded.
Officers mediated in a civil dispute in the 700 block of Cedar Street at 5:34 p.m.
An officer checked on a child sleeping in a vehicle in the 300 block of Halley Street at 5:46 p.m. and advised that a parent was nearby keeping a watch.
Alicia L. Flynn, 33, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 1900 block of Main Street at 6:11 p.m. on a charge of violating a no contact order and on a Bonner County warrant.
A call was canceled and officers advised no law enforcement assistance was needed after a reported parking problem in the area of N. Third Avenue and Cedar Street at 6:10 p.m.
An officer assisted Ponderay Police on a call in the 477400 block of Highway 95 at 7:24 p.m.
A follow-up report was taken on Halley Street at 7:38 p.m.
An officer advised at 8:26 p.m. that charges are pending for a battery that occurred in the 100 block of Cedar Street.
A follow-up report was taken on Walnut Street at 5:31 p.m.
