Deputies, EMS and Selkirk Fire responded to a report of a non-injury accident in the 470000 block of Highway 95 at 2:46 p.m.

Danny Whitman, age and address not listed, was arrested in the Highway 2 area in Oldtown at 5:08 p.m. on a charge of excessive driving under the influence.

A juvenile problem was reported on Spokane Street in Kootenai at 5:19 p.m.

A railroad problem was reported on Algoma Spur Road in Sagle at 5:21 p.m.

Report of reckless drivers racing in the area of Dufort and Spirit Lake roads near Priest River at 5:29 p.m.

Request for a follow-up in the 26000 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 6:09 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 100 block of Cedar Hill in Sagle at 6:15 p.m.

Sept. 13

A knife was turned in at the police as found property in the W. Lake Street area at 6:33 a.m.

A female was given a courtesy transport to the Crisis Center at 9:28 a.m.

A warrant was served on a male juvenile already in custody at JDU on Samuelson Avenue at 11:09 a.m.

An older van was reported taken from the 200 block of Main Street at 11:23 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Fifth and Larch at 12:38 p.m.

An officer advised a warrant arrest case in the S. Division Avenue area at 1:27 p.m. was unfounded.

Officers contacted a disorderly male in the 500 block of Larch Street at 1:51 p.m.; after they calmed him down, he walked to a friend’s house.

Officers contacted a group of juveniles in the 1300 block of Highway 2 at 3:14 p.m. and advised they were playing, not fighting.

Accidental 911 activation was reported in the Olive Avenue area at 3:37 p.m.

A possible drunken driver was reported in the 2000 block of Sandpoint West Drive at 5 p.m.; the driver was not impaired but was distraught.

A missing bike was turned in as found property in the area of S. Division Avenue and Pine Street at 4:59 p.m.

A driver who left the scene of a minor damage collision in the 300 block of Cedar Street was contacted at 7:08 p.m.

An officer checked several residences in the S. Florence Avenue area at 7:33 p.m.looking for a runway from Priest River; he was unable to locate the youth.

Jeremy R Feldmiller, 44, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Highway 95 and Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 10:17 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Sept. 14

Sandpoint officer assisted ISP on a traffic stop in the 473000 block of Highway 95 at 1:41 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 95 and Highway 200 at 8:35 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of a suspicious circumstance in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:46 p.m.

An officer responded to a theft of property in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 5:48 p.m.

Mayla J. Millar, 21, was cited in the 1200 block of Fontaine Drive at 8:57 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.
