Culvert project to close roadway

SANDPOINT — A section of Colburn Culver Road will be closed much of Tuesday to allow installation of a culvert.

The culvert, which is being installed just west of N. Center Valley Road, will close the roadway from about 7:45 a.m. to about 4 p.m. A detour will be posted, county officials said.
