Jadene Rago, 44, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1500 block of Highway 2 on second offense DUI charges at 8:02 p.m.
Miriam K Robinson, 55, of Sandpoint, was cited and released on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia near the intersection of Oak Street and Fifth Avenue at 8:06 p.m.
Officers assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Dearborn Street at 8:37 p.m.
Patrick Thompson, 56, of Spokane, was cited and released on charges possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:07 p.m.
