How can this mass murderer and sex pervert Joseph Duncan still be alive after receiving all of those death sentences for those murders a decade ago?

What’s with this Judge Edward Lodge allowing some flaky attorney who represents Duncan to appeal some of his sentences? Who is paying this flaky attorney to represent Duncan for all of these years? Duncan should have been strapped down and had a needle shoved in his arm years ago. What’s with our legal system anyway?

Has anyone noticed that almost every time there is a railroad accident somewhere or there is a controversial meeting about the so-called railroad bridge over our beautiful waterway, BNSF comes out with a full page color ad in the newspaper citing all of the good they do for the area and our economy which in my opinion is just a bunch of political bunk.
