Beulah Louise Hale, 91

Beulah Louise Hale, 91, also known as “Punky or Louise,” of Sandpoint passed away on April 15, 2019.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 20, in the Seneacquoteen Cemetery. Pastor Jerry Favor will be the officiant.

Following the graveside service you are invited to Victory Baptist Church, on Gun Club Road, in Sagle for a celebration of life and a potluck.

Beulah was born in Sandpoint on January 29, 1928, the daughter of Noel and Cloe Hawkins. She attended Bonner County schools, later moving to Seattle during World War II. In Seattle she would meet, and marry, Howard Hale on June 16, 1945. The family would move back to Sandpoint and she would work for local businesses. She was a loving Christian and the matriarch of our family.

She was the loving mother of five Helen, Betty Jo, Aimee, JoAnn and Don (Beulah) Hale. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and her sister, Ruby Patterson.

She was preceded in death by parents; her husband, Harold Hale; and 10 siblings.
