Club hosting Mother's Day Eve event

Want to treat mom to a special day? The Newport-Priest River Rotary Club has just the event with its Mother’s Day Eve Dinner and Auction.

Set for Saturday, May 11 at Oldtown Rotary Park, a social hour will kick off the event at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.

An auction with plenty of cool items and activities starts at 6:30 p.m.

Proceeds from the event will help Newport-Priest River Rotary Club raise money for the club’s scholarship program to benefit students in West Bonner and Pend Oreille counties.

Tickets are $25.
