Sandpoint officers assisted county on a call on Pinewood Lane in Cocolalla at 4:29 p.m.

A theft on Honeysuckle Avenue was placed under investigation at 8:42 p.m.

Gregory L. Smith, 41, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 31400 block of Highway 200 at 2:52 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon under the influence.
