Legal Notice Bonner County Natural Resources Committee The Board of Bonner County Commissioners are calling for letters of interest from persons interested in serving on the Bonner County Natural Resources Committee to advise the Bonner County Board of Commissioners in coordinating with Federal and State governments on natural resource issues impacting Bonner County. There is one (1) at-large position available for this Committee. The Board of Commissioners are looking for residents from Bonner County. The terms of commitment are indefinite. Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been set for Dover City Council and the Independent Highway District Board of Commissioners for May 22, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following: File #VAC001-19- Petition to vacate public right-of-way adjoining Mill Road: James Moreland has petitioned for the vacation (abandonment) of an approximate 25' X 182' strip of unnamed public right-of-way located west and adjacent to Mill Road, south of Railroad Avenue within the City of Dover. The strip of land was deeded as right-of-way for a public highway in 1950, but was never developed as a road. The petitioner proposes the strip of land be vacated and apportioned to three lots west of the strip of land. The vacation would provide these lots with direct access to Mill Road.
