Kindergarten students at Sagle Elementary sit in front of their newly planted flower garden with their teacher, Noelle Argue. To celebrate Earth Day and Arbor Day the children and their teacher prepared a small plot of ground so each child could plant their own early spring flower. In science, the class has been studying what plants need to survive, such as nutrients, sunlight, soil, and water, and are excited to make flowers grow near their playground.
