(Photo courtesy KAYLEE LaDUCA) This spectacular aerial shot was the result when Kaylee LaDuca went skydiving over Sandpoint on Aug. 7 with Rattlesnake Mountain Skydiving, which traveled over from Central Washington for three days. “It was an incredible experience dropping from 11,000 feet and seeing well into Canada, Washington, and Montana (despite the smokey skies),” LaDuca wrote in submitting the Best Shot. Pictured with LaDuca is instructor TJ Hammond, who trains Marines to jump and came up to help Rattlesnake Mountain Skydiving during the three-day event.
