Waldorf School hosts annual faire

Sandpoint Waldorf School’s Christmas Faire and Children’s Festival — a celebration of the joy and magic of Christmas — is being held today, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Activities include puppets shows with performances at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.; the “Crystal Cave; a craft area, including face painting and hand-dipping beeswax candles; and a kids-only store, with donated items where the children may buy gifts for their family members with just a dollar or two per gift.

In addition, there is an arts and crafts fair on the school’s lower level with over 20 local artisan and craft vendor booths; and a food booth, a hot chair hut with warm, spicy homemade chai tea, and a parents-only silent auction (bidding closes at 3:30 p.m.)
