Senior apartment facility has new owners

SANDPOINT — After 30 years under the ownership and management of Donna and Craig Johnson, Alpine Vista Apartments of Sandpoint was recently been sold. The new owners have selected GENEXUS Living, a Salem, Ore.,-senior living management company as the new management agent.

Sadie Driggs of Sandpoint has been hired as the new community manager and will be overseeing day-to-day operations. Driggs and her family have been residents of Sandpoint for the last 12 years. Driggs is looking forward to building relationships with the Alpine Vista residents, their families and employees as well as local senior resources and referral agencies.

In recognition of Alpine Vista’s mission to serve seniors looking to maintain their independence the community will now be known as Alpine Vista Senior Apartments.
