| February 12, 2019 12:00 AM

Rhonda Lea Livingstone was born Jan. 15, 1952. On Feb. 5, 2019, the world lost a woman that brought joy, energy, and beauty to every soul she met and heaven gained an angel full of love and elegance.

Rhonda finished her race with grace and mercy in her home, surrounded by her family. Her memory will be honored and carried by the man whom loved her for 52 years and called her wife for 33, She is survived by her husband, William Livingstone; her daughters, Alexcia Jordan and Leigh Parker; her mother, Fritz Murray Baker; her sons-in-law, Samuel Parker and Ryan Jordan; her grandkids, Ryder Jordan, Charlee Jordan, and Phoebe Parker; and hundreds of others who considered her family due to her unyielding love and incomparable compassion.

Handpicked by Robert Fosse at 16 and successfully completing the Fred Astaire School of Dance Rhonda later went on to own and teach a dance school in San Diego specializing in tappercize.

Once she and her family moved to Sandpoint, Idaho, in 1992, Rhonda spent her time raising her kids and tending to their newly logged land. When her daughters got more and more involved in 4-H and equine activities, her talent for management and event planning shone and she became the fair manager for Bonner County in 2002 and turned the fairgrounds into an internationally recognized and multi-awarded winning facility. Her accomplishments and transformation of the facility earned her Fair Manager of the Year in 2017.

Rhonda not only conquered every goal she set before herself, she did it with a grace and poise that inspired, encouraged, and loved on every person who got to be blessed by knowing her. Her passing leaves so many with a void but the memories she gave us will bring laughter and courage forever and the good Lord called home a powerful angel.

Services will be held at the Western Pleasure Guest Ranch at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019.
