First American Title announces new home

SANDPOINT — First American Title Company has a new home.

Sandpoint Equities, ownership group of Sandpoint Center at 414 Church, has announced that the title company has relocated their Sandpoint operation to the second floor of the office building.

First American Title has been operating in Sandpoint for over 15 years and is a leading title and escrow company serving the local real estate industry.

First American Title Company is the largest independent title and escrow agent in Idaho and Montana. First American is a subsidiary of Title Financial Corporation, which was established over 100 years ago, and currently operates over 50 locations in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
