Feb. 13

An officer was unable to locate a wanted subject in the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 8:38 a.m.

A male was trespassed from a business in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue after he was caught shoplifting at 9:21 a.m.

More than 20 vehicles were tagged in the greater downtown area for 48 hour removal between 9:50 and 11:30 a.m.

Report of a previous incident follow up in the area of Northshore Drive at 9:53 a.m.

An abandoned vehicle was reported in the area of E. Pacific Street at 10:35 a.m.

An unfounded report of fraud in the area of Church Street at 11:18 a.m.

An abandoned vehicle was reported in the area of Lavina Avenue at 11:40 a.m.

A vehicle was struck while legally parked in the 600 block of Larch Street at 1:07 p.m.

Shane M. Landa, 37, of Colorado Springs, Colo., was cited and released for driving without privileges in the area of Fifth Avenue and Fir Street at 10:08 p.m.
