Rock Steady Boxing talk at forum today

SANDPOINT — AC and Pamela Woolnough will be speaking at today’s Geezer Forum to talk about Rock Steady Boxing

The program will be held from 2:30-4 p.m., February 26, in the Community Room at Columbia Bank.

Rock Steady Boxing is a new therapeutic effort to combat Parkinson’s disease that was introduced in Indianapolis, Ind., in 2006. RSB classes began in January in Sandpoint. If you either have Parkinson’s yourself (regardless of your age) or you know someone with Parkinson’s, I urge you to “get into the ring” and learn more about Rock Steady Boxing.
