An officer addressed a citizen’s concerns in the 100 block of Halley Street at 6:26 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the subject of an earlier welfare check in the 900 block of Jefferson Avenue at 9:37 a.m.; texts have been received but no physical contact.

An officer responded to the 200 block of Forest Avenue at 11:14 a.m. after a report of possible attempted entry into a residence.

A dog found in the Third Avenue area at 1:53 p.m. was transported to the shelter.
