Sew Pro finds new home in Ponderay

| January 8, 2019 12:00 AM

PONDERAY — After 18 years in Sandpoint, Sew Pro decided it was time for a new home.

The longtime business recently relocated from its Main Street location in Sandpoint to 210 N. Triangle Drive, Suite A, in Ponderay.

While their location is different, Sew Pro staff delivers the same quality service.

Sew Pro is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and afterhours and weekends by appointment.

The new site delivers better parking and is conveniently situated between Walmart and Yoke’s.

Sew Pro owner Jumpee Meigs began putting her seamstress skills to use as soon as she arrived in the community, building up a decicated clientele of folks looking for everything from new outfits to repairs. To stay on top of the latest trends, Meigs has continued to develop her talents, taking classes and continuing to search out how to best serve her clients.

“She can do it all,” her husband Lou Meigs said. “She can do everything from designing dresses and make exactly what you want to repairs. She is highly skilled and a real perfectionist.”

Clients appreciate that customer first approach, he added, and it is something that Jumpee Meigs is committed to providing.
