Steven Darwin Anselmo, 43, of Priest River was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 10:06 p.m. on an out-of-state warrant for possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Lakeshore Drive after a report of suspicious circumstances at 11:37 p.m.

Jan. 2
The owner of a vehicle left in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue was contacted at 8:01 a.m. and advised it was there for repairs.
After a welfare check request at 12 p.m., an officer checked on the residents in the 800 block of Larch Street and advised everyone was fine.
Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision reported in the area of N. Third Avenue and Pine Street at 2:32 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate a dog reported to be running into traffic in the area of S. Division Avenue and Pine Street at 4:50 p.m.
An officer answered a citizen’s questions at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 6:45 p.m.
Officers contacted residents in the 1000 block of Ridley Village Road at 10:07 p.m. regarding a noise complaint.

A 16-year-old male runaway out of Colorado was located in the area of Highway 2 and Ontario Street at 1:50 a.m. and transported to JDU.
