Community celebrates with art, literature & films

| January 17, 2019 12:00 AM

SANDPOINT — It’s time to show our true colors as we celebrate art, literature, life, the great outdoors and women’s rights.

Head to the Pend d’Oreille Winery tonight for the Sandpoint Literary Collective’s Pop-Up Open Mic. Starting Friday and running for three days, it’s the Banff Mountain Film Festival at the Panida.

Saturday, get your signs and your rhythm instruments ready and gather at Sandpoint Middle School to take part in N. Idaho Women’s March III.

And Saturday evening (shameless plug) we’d love you to join us in the Pend d’Oreille Winery tasting room as Bridges Home Trio plays our first hometown show in a long time — do join us.

Along with the above cool choices, there are art classes, dance lessons, a Kaniksu Land Trust fundraiser and live music galore in every genre imaginable.

More? Happy to oblige:
