John R. Dinger, 38, of Woodinville, Wash., was arrested in the 300 block of N. First Avenue at 9:58 a.m. on charges of felony possession of meth and stealing rides on trains.

A theft was placed under investigation in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 11:27 a.m.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the N. Third Avenue area at 12:50 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the area of Jefferson Avenue and Oak Street at 1:11 p.m.

A trailer in the 300 block of Olive Avenue was tagged for 48-hour removal.
