Forum explores positive aging

SANDPOINT — Digital aging and swinging into positive aging will be the focus of today’s Geezer Forum.

In today’s gathering, held from 2:30-4 p.m. at Columbia Bank’s Community Room, participants will use “digital aging” (photos) to stimulate both imaginations and conversations. First, participants will identify some of the negative attitudes/actions many adults succumb to as they face personal and cultural challenges of growing older.

However, the group will then counter-balance the negative attitudes and actions with photos to remind everyone how positive aging is begun and nourished by attitudes and actions to honor aging as a given.
