Basket class planned for Saturday

NEWPORT — Create will be hosting a basket class on Saturday, Jan. 26. The instructor will be Olivia Giannasi. The class will be held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at Create, 900 W. Fourth St.

The cost of the class is $35 to cover supplies and instruction. All supplies will be provided, however participants should bring a pair of needle-nosed pliers. In addition, participants are asked to bring a potluck dish to share.

Participants must be at least 12 years old and pre-registration is required.
