Tanya C. Ramirez, 41, of Washington, was arrested in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:57 a.m. on a Boundary County warrant and cited and released on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

Holly Dixson, 35, of Priest River, was cited in the area of Highway 2 and Bodie Canyon Road at 8:18 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges and no proof of insurance (second offense in five years).
