Darcy Trethewey

Darcy Lynn Trethewey of Goshen, Ind., passed away Jan. 8, 2019.

Born March 12, 1965, in Spokane, Wash., she married David Trethewey on May 3, 2001.

She is survived by her husband, David Tretheway of Goshen, Ind., her mother, Bernita Williams of Airway Heights, Wash.; her father and mother, Jon and Jo Ann Hall and son Robert Bloom of Spokane, Wash.; sisters, Yvonne Kriger of Cheney, Wash., and Julie Alberts of Deer Park, Wash.; and brothers James Williams of Lewistown, Mont., and David Williams of Airway Height, Wash. She was preceded in death by father Darius Williams and brothers Wayne Williams and Jon Christopher Hall.

She graduated from Sandpoint High School in 1983 and went onto nursing school at North Idaho College. She was an licensed practical nurse for more than 30 years working at LifeCare Center in both Sandpoint and Coeur d’Alene and she continued her caregiving in Indiana.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkview Hospital Randallia Hospice, Ft. Wayne, Ind. or a local animal shelter.

A celebration of life is being held at Sandpoint Elks Lodge, 30196 Highway 200, in Ponderay on Sunday, Jan. 27, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. with a potluck to follow.
