Notice of Advertisement for Bids Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Little Bear Road Improvements - REBID Separate sealed Bids for the Little Bear Road REBID will be received by Kootenai Tribe of Idaho (KTOI), the Owner, at the Tribal Headquarters office located at 100 Circle Drive, Bonners Ferry, Idaho until 2:00 P.M. prevailing local time January 31, 2019. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at the Tribal Headquarters. The project consists of the following work: Construct roadway improvements and paving along a segment of Little Bear Road starting approximately 120 feet west of its intersection with Circle Drive, near the KTOI Tribal Headquarters, continuing for approximately 120 feet west. Additional driveway paving is included. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Indian organizations and economic enterprises will be given preference in the award of this contract and required for awards of subcontracts.
