Survey sent to city residents

| July 4, 2019 1:00 AM

SANDPOINT — The city has a 20-year Parks and Recreation master planning effort underway and, in the last week, approximately 3,000 surveys were mailed out to randomly selected Sandpoint residents to better understand usage and desires for the Parks and Recreation system.

The feedback will help shape the 20-year plan for the city’s traditional parks, open space, trails and recreation programming. City officials are asking residents to take 10-15 minutes to complete the survey and mail it back in the provided postage-paid envelope. Respondents may also go online and submit their survey electronically using the unique code provided to them.

In two weeks, an online survey for all residents and business owners in Sandpoint and surrounding areas will be opened.
