Cool gardens heat up weekend
This year’s Bonner County Garden Tour features eight spectacular locations in the greater Sandpoint area and takes place on Sunday, July 7 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Cool gardens heat up this weekend’s 2019 Bonner County Garden Tour, presented by the Bonner County Gardeners Association.
This year’s tour features eight spectacular locations and takes place on Sunday, July 7 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
The gardens are:
- 602 & 608 Creekside Lane, Sandpoint
- 2204 and 2211 Browning Way, Sandpoint
- Community Gardens, Sixth Avenue and Pine Street, Sandpoint
- 901 Pine St., Sandpoint
- 502 S. Marion Ave., Sandpoint
- 1712 Poplar St., Sandpoint
Tickets are $15 per adult and available at any of the gardens on tour day, or online at bcgardeners.org
Participants are reminded the gardens close promptly at 5 p.m. and are asked to leave pets at home.
The Bonner County Garden Tour is one of the major fundraisers conducted annually by the BCGA. The money raised goes to support home horticultural education programs, community beautification projects, and the elementary school garden program.
