POP announces theater camp

Do you have a budding thespian in your home?

Pend Oreille Players will hold their annual summer theater camp beginning July 29 and running through Aug. 9.

The session for children entering seventh through twelfth grades 7th through 12th will run July 29 to Aug. 2, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participanhts should bring a packed lunch as the camp runs all day. The session for children entering first through third grades will run from Aug. 5-9 from 9 a.m. to noon. Participants should be picked up promptly at noon. The session for children entering fourth through sixth grades will run from Aug 5-9 from 1-4 p.m.

Olivia Brownlee is the camp’s director/facilitator with Racine Balow serving an Internship as assistant director/facilitator.

Youth should be dropped off and picked up promptly at the beginning and ending of their camp session.

The fee for each camp per child is $50. Camp fees are due on the first day of camp. Early sign-up is advised.

Camp registration forms may be picked up at the theater on Thursday or Fridays between the hours of 1-5 p.m. during business hours.
