YMCA hosting ribbon cutting

SANDPOINT — The community is invited to join members of the Litehouse Inc. team, city leaders, and YMCA leadership to celebrate the official ribbon cutting at the Litehouse YMCA on Wednesday.

In addition to brief remarks, light refreshments. The event will take place at 2 p.m. at Litehouse YMCA, 1905 Pine St.

“We have been thrilled with the interest in the Y over the past six months and have loved meeting our members and making new friends here in the community,” Tammy Campbell, Litehouse YMCA branch executive, said. “We couldn’t be more grateful for the warm welcome and we look forward to giving everyone a safe place to learn, grow and thrive at the Y for years to come.”

The ribbon-cutting ceremony is a great time to take a tour of the Y and learn how the facility is bringing health and community to the Sandpoint area.

Also on Wednesday, July 24th only, the joining fee will be waived when signing up for a Y membership. In-person only, no online registration. Limited to Litehouse YMCA branch.
