JUSTICE SERVICES Approved the Idemia Identity & Security Maintenance Agreement Addendum for the term on one (1) year, May 10, 2019 to May 9, 2020, whereby Idemia Identity & Security Maintenance agrees to perform maintenance services for the fingerprint computer and printer located in the Bonner County Juvenile Detention Center at a cost of $1,941.00, as approved by legal. Approved Resolution #19-48 ordering the Clerk to schedule revenue in the Juvenile Detention FY2019 budget, Revenue Account No. 034-03475-6500 - Education-Books by $500.00 from $500.00 to $1,000.00. This adjustment is due to the receipt of unanticipated revenue received from the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual & Domestic Violence as a Poster Challenge Winner for detention. BOCC Approved the Letter of Intent to the Bonner Soil & Water Conservation District outlining the Bonner County Commissioners intent to provide the Bonner Soil & Water Conservation District $14,500 during the state fiscal year 2020. PUBLIC DEFENDER Approved Resolution #19-50 authorizing the Public Defender's Office to destroy the documents as listed in the attached Resolution and as outlined in the Public Defender's Retention Policy Resolution #16-22. ASSESSOR Approved the License Agreement as presented between Bonner County and Selkirk Multiple Listing Service, Inc. for access to shared data and information. ROAD & BRIDGE Awarded E Spring Creek Rd Asphalt Pavement Project to Wood's Crushing & Hauling, Inc. for the amount of $299,472.60 and allow the board to sign the contract. I further move to adopt the following findings of fact and conclusions of law as written. This action does not result in a taking of private property. Commissioner Bradshaw seconded the motion. Approved Resolution #19-51 which opens up the FY2019 General Fund's "Expense" Budget for Unanticipated Revenue of $498,574 and places the spending authority in 00118-7860 (Misc. Expense) in FY2019. PROSECUTOR Approved the Prosecutor's Office construction project which will build new walls in order to create necessary office space. This project is estimated to cost $24,244.17 and not to exceed $30,000. WATERWAYS Approved the Marine Patrol and Waterways request to retain the Vessel Account Surplus of $41,878.19 from Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation for projects completed in FY19, and authorized the Chairman to sign and execute the Request for Retention of County Vessel Funds. BOCC Approved Resolution #19-54 setting forth the terms of the tax exemption offered to Mountain Metals LLC Company. Duties include: development and landscaping of the cemetery; assisting in the sale of lots and spaces; accurate record keeping; preparing and maintaining a written plan for all Cemetery water and electrical services; maintaining and servicing Cemetery District tools and equipment; operating heavy machinery and equipment; preparing all gravesites and markers; being present at funerals and memorial services; attending Cemetery District Commissioner meetings when requested; and all other duties associated with the position.
