ArtWalk Revisited opens Friday
(Courtesy phot)Local art enthusiasts enjoyed the first ArtWalk last month. The public is invited to attend ArtWalk Revisited with receptions from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 26 at 30 downtown locations.
This news release is for people who couldn’t make it to the first ArtWalk reception last month and to those who attended and had such a good time, they’d like to attend another one! Pend Oreille Arts Council is sponsoring ArtWalk Revisited on Friday, July 26 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at 30 downtown locations.
Come see for yourself how downtown businesses have transformed themselves into art galleries. Each venue will have special treats and some will have live music. You won’t want to miss this repeat event, it’s a great time to meet local artists, enjoy refreshments and probably the least important, but important nonetheless is that the weather looks like it will be beautiful for a stroll downtown.
Plan your route by picking up a brochure at any of the participating businesses, and if you can’t get to all of them on Friday, don’t worry, this event continues through Sept. 10.
