WEEK AHEAD PACKED WITH COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF FUN
SANDPOINT — The weather has been wild, just like the entertainment fare this week. For concert lovers, Bridges Home Duo, Polly O’Keary & The Rhythm Method and Joseph Huber all have shows scheduled over the weekend. On Saturday, it’s the huge Play it Again record, tape, CD, videotape and music gear sale in front of the Panida as part of the Crazy Days action downtown.
Speaking of Saturday, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks sets up at Memorial Field for the play ‘Henry IV, Part I’ – as well as entertainment all afternoon and into the evening thanks to Lost Horse Press and the Music Conservatory of Sandpoint.

Bum Jungle

Montana Shakespeare in the Parks presents ‘Henry IV, Part I’

Time: Gates open at 1 p.m., the Celebration of Arts & Culture begins at 1:30 p.m., the play starts at 6 p.m.
Arrive early with chairs, blankets, and picnics. Lost Horse Press’ collaboration with the Music Conservatory of Sandpoint (MCS) has blossomed into A Celebration of Arts & Culture, with a presentation of the internationally acclaimed Matsiko World Orphan Choir, the MCS Chamber Orchestra, MCS Percussion Fun Ensemble, and MCS Theater Group. Other highlights include tribal and belly dancing by Azul Fire & Friends, short readings by local and regional poets, and a contra dance with Seth Richards calling and Red Herring performing the dance music. This event is hosted by Lost Horse Press.

‘Play It Again Panida’
