Bonnie Jean Allen (Lacey

Bonnie Jean Allen (Lacey) was born to Joe and Vivian Allen in Clark Fork, Idaho, on April 26, 1946.

On March 14, 2019, we lost a beautiful women with a magnificent smile and laugh that brought joy to all who were around her.

Bonnie Jean finished out her love for life in her home surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Annie Spade Lowrey (Tony) and Cassie Frank (Darrin); grandchildren, Travis (Amy) Lowrey, Tyler Lowrey, Caressa (Chad) Vouk, Malissa (Nick) Stevens, Anndrea (Tanner) Moran, Timmber (Colton) Muldoon; and many great-grandchildren; her brothers, Stan (Cheryl) and Steve (Caroline) Allen; a sister, Bev Mitton; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Joe Allen, and Vivian Allen; sisters, Caroline Allen, Donna Spurgeon and Betty (Dave) Johnson; and a great-grandson, Brodee Stevens.

Bonnie graduated Sandpoint High School in 1964 and married Dick Spade. Over the years she had worked at: Light House Restaurant in Hope Idaho, Eagles Club in Sandpoint, The Station House Restaurant in Sagle, The Big Blue Warehouse in Ponderay. In 1978 she bought the Hoot

Owl restaurant and ran it until 1986. Finishing off her carrier with over 20 years at the Travelers/5th Avenue restaurant, until having a stroke.

She loved her family and enjoyed her friends/co-workers/customers, and they loved her smile, kind heart and laugh.

She always missed living in the country, so in 1996 she moved out to the Selle Valley where she had room to enjoy her garden, yard and family.

Bonnie’s memorial will be held on August 17, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Stan and Cheryl Allen’s home, 2765 W. Spring Creek Road, Hope, Idaho. All are welcome to join the family at the camp fire, to celebrate a great lady.
