NIC announces registration rally

North Idaho College is hosting a registration rally — and offering free rootbeer floats since the event happens to fall on National Root Beer Float Day — on Aug. 6.

The event will be held from 8 a.m.-noon at North College’s Sandpoint campus. 102 S. Euclid Ave.
