Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code and Dover City Code has been set for Dover City Council on July 11, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following proposed amendment to Title 12 (Zoning Regulations), initiated by the City of Dover: File #AM017-19, Structures and Fencing- An amendment to Title 12, Chapter 6, to clarify fence setback standards and amendments to Appendix D "Definitions" to provide a fence definition and to revise the structure definition to exclude fences not exceeding 7 feet. The Dover Planning and Zoning Commission heard this file on May 2, and June 6, 2019 and recommended to City Council approval with revisions to identify fencing materials and establish exceptions to fence height within the waterfront and front yard setbacks. The public is encouraged to attend the hearings or provide written response. Any written comment greater than 1 page must be submitted at least 6 days prior to the meeting. Written material not exceeding 1 page may be read into the record the day of the hearing. Public testimony shall comply with Dover's public hearing resolution (copies available at City Hall.) CITY OF PONDERAY ORDINANCE NO.148 REVISED APPROPRIATIONS 2018-2019 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, ENTITLED "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2018; APPROPRIATING $1,956,842.00 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO, FOR SAID YEAR PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF IDAHO CODE; LEVYING A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY FOR GENERAL REVENUE PURPOSES FOR WHICH SUCH APPROPRIATION IS MADE; PROVIDING FOR A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO BE FILED WITH THE BONNER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; AND, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. SECTION 4.00: The provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable. If any provision of this Ordinance or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. SECTION 5.00: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in at least one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, a newspaper of general circulation and hereby declared to be the official newspaper for the publication of this Ordinance.
