DU readies for annual fundraiser

LACLEDE — Get ready for some fun as the local chapter of Ducks Unlimited gets ready to hold its annual Klondyke Gun Bash and Party on Saturday, June 29.

The event will begin at 4 p.m. and is being held at the Klondyke Cafe, 14873 Highway 2, in Laclede.

The event will feature a variety of guns and outdoor gear as well as games, raffles, and good food.

Tickets are $35 for an individual or $25 for a youth. They will include food, including burgers, a bottomless beer (for those 21 and older) and a gift. Those interested can also purchase the raffle ticket package, which includes $100 in raffle tickets for $110 for an individual, or $135 for couples, with $100 in raffle tickets. Raffle tickets are also being sold at a cost of $75 for $100 worth of tickets if purchased in advance of the event. Raffle tickets purchased at the event will not be discounted.
