Report of an alarm activation in the 400 block of First Avenue at 7:50 a.m.
A sex offense was reported, but upon investigation was unfounded in the Division Avenue area at 12:03 p.m.
Officers were unable to locate a male for a welfare check at a residence near the intersection of Boyer Avenue and Larch Street at 12:49 p.m.
Officers were unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up made in the Pine Street area at 12:38 p.m.
Officers checked an unsecured business in the 500 block of Church Street at 1:02 p.m.
Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 300 block of Oak Street at 2:38 p.m.
Officers located a reckless driver from a prior incident on Sandpoint Avenue at 3:47 p.m.
The owner of a found laptop was contacted at 4:51 p.m.
Officers responded to a request for a welfare check in the 800 block of Lake Street at 8:33 p.m.; the female in question was fine.
Michael H Fritz, 23, of Sandpoint, was arrested on DUI charges in the 300 block of Kootenai Road at 8:46 p.m.
Report of fraud in the Division Avenue area at 8:59 p.m.
Officers seized drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:33 p.m.
A 16-year-old male and 14-year-old male were arrested in the 200 block of Florence Avenue on burglary charges. The 16-year-old was arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle, and cited and released for not having a valid driver’s license.
Information was relayed to law enforcement in the Pine Street area at 10:56 p.m.
