Arthur Walker Fouts III, 69

Arthur Walker Fouts III passed away on March 17, 2019, at the age of 69.

Art was one of a kind and an amazing man. Kind, gentle, funny, and strong. He was a loving husband to his wife, LuAnn Fouts. They were blessed with over 30 years of marriage. A wonderful father to his three children. He had two children with his first wife, Vickie; their son Preston and wife Michelle, and daughter Natasha. LuAnn and Art were blessed with their daughter, Shara and husband Justin. Amazing grandpa to Kaiden, Colten, Asher, Nikolena and Ansel. He was a dear brother to his sisters Donna and Deb.

He served his country as a member of the Air Force during Vietnam. He served his community and worked over 25 years for the Fresno Police Department. Art loved Idaho.

He built his dream home in beautiful Sagle, Idaho, and made many wonderful friends. He loved to cook for his family, friends and church. Art loved the Lord. He was an active member and enjoyed attending service at First Baptist Church in Sandpoint, Idaho. Art was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
