MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING March 19, 2019 ROAD & BRIDGE Approved the 2019 Road Restrictions by Resolution #19-38. Awarded the 2019 Liquid Asphalt Contract for HFE-150, CRS-2, and CMS-2P oil grades to Idaho Asphalt Supply, Inc. for the unit prices listed on their Bid Submittal Form for a total amount of $724,650.00. Authorized the Board Chairman to sign the Notice of Award administratively. TECHNOLOGY Approved and signed the software as a service agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. RECREATION Approved the Memorandum of Understanding between the State of Idaho, Department of Lands and Bonner County for the cooperation in the removal of piling and booms. Approved the Recreation Department's request to move forward with the process to permit Buds Gourmet Hot Dogs to operate a concession stand at Garfield Bay Park. This agreement requires 50% matching funds of $44,565.50 from the Marine Vessel account. Approved the agreement between Keefe Commissary Network, L.L.C. and Bonner County to provide inmate commissary services to the Bonner County Jail. Keefe will bill the Client weekly, and payment will be made within thirty (30) business days. The agreement will be effective until February 22, 2022, and then annually automatically renew, unless terminated without cause earlier upon 90 days' written notice from either party or upon other conditions of the Agreement. ROAD & BRIDGE Approved this agreement with Wooded Acres Road Improvements, LLC, for locally funded improvements on Wooded Acres Drive, obligating Bonner County to provide a portion of the materials and all labor and equipment to perform the BST work, and allow the board to sign the agreement. Awarded this contract for 4000 tons of Magnesium Chloride to Roadwise, Inc for the unit prices listed on their Bid Submittal Form for a total amount of $533,360.00. Requested the Idaho Community Foundation distribute funds from the "Bonner County Road & Bridge Fund" (Turnbull Estate) in the amount of $101,646.00 for FY2018.
