SANDPOINT — Bonner County commissioners are conducting a public hearing on Friday to consider four applications for business property tax exemptions.

The hearing starts at 9 a.m. at the Bonner County Administration Building.

The facility was a build-to-suit project for Dietrich Roasters. The corporation asserts at $4.4 million qualifying investment which has allowed Dietrich to hire nine additional permanent workers and expects to hire three more.

- Sandpoint Properties — This limited-liability corporation is a landlord to medical service providers at its medical campus along Highway 200 in Ponderay.
