Thomas Edmund Clark, 73, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. A potluck lunch will be held at the Idaho Pour Authority on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
