PUBLIC NOTICE FIRST NOTICE OF ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Election will be held in Bonner County, Idaho on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at each of the polling places noted below. On said Election Day the polls will be open continuously from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Each polling place is handicapped accessible. In this Election, the East Bonner County Free Library District, the Pend Oreille Hospital District, the Bayview Water and Sewer District, and the Southside Water and Sewer District will be conducting an election for their respective board members. The Timberlake Fire Protection District, the West Bonner County School District, the Westside Fire Protection District, and the Bayview Water and Sewer District will be conducting Levy questions for each of their respective Districts. Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code and Dover City Code has been set for Dover City Council on May 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following: The City of Dover will conduct a public hearing before the Mayor and City Council to consider public comment on proposed new and/or increased land use and development, administrative, and utility fees. The reason for the proposed fee changes is to allow for city reimbursement of actual costs of services and materials once base fee is exceeded for land use applications and to add a monthly handling charge on mailed utility bills. The public is encouraged to attend the hearing or provide written response. Any written comment greater than 1 page must be submitted by 4 p.m. May 16, 2019.
