Reclaim Idaho is fighting for Idahoans, our rights

I’ve lived in Priest River for 25 years. I am thrilled to finally see a volunteer organization like Reclaim Idaho fighting for everyone in this state no matter where they live. The families of Priest River are hard-working people who want to see their kids get ahead. We know that providing access to quality healthcare to our friends and neighbors is vital to that goal.

I think we the people should have the rights, not the government. We pay the taxes and they work for us, so they need to listen to what we want not what they want.

The recent smear campaign being leveled by the so-called “Idaho Freedom Foundation” insults every hard-working Idahoan in my community who is sick of partisan politics and dark-money groups. We have waited for years for our elected leaders to bring legislative solutions to Idaho to make our state stronger, healthier and more competitive. They have failed.

I respect that Reclaim Idaho has the strength to say publicly they don’t care about party affiliation or ideology. They just want to advance shared Idaho values of stronger communities and preserving the people’s voice in our state government.

It’s good to know at least one organization continues to fight for all Idahoans.
