Darren L. Lance, 39, of Rathdrum, was arrested on Highway 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 4:04 a.m. on a charge od driving without privileges; and Corey D. Carpenter, 52, of Rathdrum, was arrested on a charge of possession of meth
and cited on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue at 11:43 a.m.
An officer assisted a citizen in the 2000 block of Joshua Court at 11:41 a.m.
Gamaliel E. Williams, 44, of Hauser, Idaho, was cited in the Highway 95 area in the city at 1:01 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.
Sandpoint officers assisted an out-of-state agency on Elderberry Avenue at 12:56 p.m.
A dog found in the S. Division Avenue area was transported to its residence at 1:42 p.m.
A residence was reported entered in the 1600 block of Nicholas Way at 2:08 p.m.
A trailer in the 1700 block of Oak Street was tagged for 48-hour removal at 3:48 p.m.
Officers contacted two females involved in a fight in the 1300 block of Larch Street at 4:04 p.m.; no one wanted to press charges.
An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 4:09 p.m.
