Nathan R. Stutheit, 21, of Rathdrum, was arrested on a felony warrant in the 1300 block of Fifth on a felony warrant. Crystal D. Mattson, 18, of Athol, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. Dalton C. Felts, 19, of Athol, was arrested for possession of meth.
