Three reports of an unfounded dog complaint in the 500 block of Alder Street at 11:14 a.m., 11:57 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

A vehicle was tagged for 48-hour removal in the 1100 block of Forsythia Avenue at 3:36 p.m.

Cassandra K. Willoughby, 36, of Sandpoint was arrested on a misdemeanor Bonner County warrant in the 1300 block of Spruce Street at 3:56 p.m.

A found dog was transported the animal shelter in the area of Larch Street at 5:54 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 6:09 p.m.

Thomas A. Porter, 65, of Oldtown, was arrested for felony DUI after a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 1200 block of Oak Street at 6:34 p.m.

Justin R. York, 26, of Cocolalla, was arrested for DUI and possession of paraphernalia in the area of Superior Street at 11:55 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious odor in the 600 block of Superior Street at 11:59 p.m.
