The owner of a dog left in a vehicle area of S. Second Avenue and W. Lake Street at 2:57 p.m. was issued a verbal warning.
An officer assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Bridge Street t 4:17 p.m.
A parent found two missing children before officers arrived in the 300 block of Euclid Avenue after a report of missing persons at 5:39 p.m.
